Below is the Baby Bar pass/fail rates created from the California State Bar’s website. These are the available statistics from 2007-2018. As can be seen, the pass rates for the Law Office Study Program prove the FYLSX is statistically far more difficult than the General Bar Exam with a far lower number of test takers.
